Terms of Service

Last updated 28 July 2026

These terms govern your use of RecoupLedger during its private preview. RecoupLedger is currently operated by an individual based in Malta, contactable at yossef@supplierrecover.com, not a registered company.

The service

RecoupLedger reads supplier statements and AP ledger exports you upload, and reconciles them to surface credits, duplicate payments, and other discrepancies. It does not connect to or modify your accounting system — it only reads the files you give it.

Private preview

This product is in active private preview. Pricing is not yet set. Features, availability, and the service itself may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Your responsibilities

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the files you upload, and for having the right to upload them
  • The reconciliation results are a tool to help you find discrepancies faster — they don't replace your own judgment or a qualified accountant's review before you act on any finding, such as disputing a supplier or adjusting your books

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” during this preview, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate — see the About page for how it's validated — but we don't guarantee it will catch every discrepancy or that it's free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any financial decision you make based on the service's output. Always verify significant findings before acting on them.

Account termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing yossef@supplierrecover.com. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves during the preview. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
