These terms govern your use of RecoupLedger during its private preview. RecoupLedger is currently operated by an individual based in Malta, contactable at yossef@recoupledger.com, not a registered company.
RecoupLedger reads supplier statements and AP ledger exports you upload, and reconciles them to surface credits, duplicate payments, and other discrepancies. It does not connect to or modify your accounting system — it only reads the files you give it.
This product is in active private preview. Accounts are issued by invitation and are free for the duration of the preview. Published rates apply to work we run for you, and are agreed in writing before anything is charged. Features, availability, and the service itself may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
Separately from preview accounts, we also run reconciliations for you as paid work. Fees follow the published rates, confirmed in writing for your scope before anything starts. Nothing is charged that wasn't agreed first.
The service is provided “as is” during this preview, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate — see the About page for how it's validated — but we don't guarantee it will catch every discrepancy or that it's free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any financial decision you make based on the service's output. Always verify significant findings before acting on them.
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing yossef@recoupledger.com. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
We may update these terms as the product evolves during the preview. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
